### 2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:

- The request is made after the 7-day period.
- The purchase was made during a non-refundable promotional offer (clearly stated).
- The issue is due to user negligence (e.g., incorrect email, device incompatibility not disclosed).

### 3. Cancellation
